Protection Notification Channel of the Indigenous Ministry of International Affairs, IGCT-Kynexis The Indigenous Ministry of International Affairs of the Indigenous Government Authority, IGCT-Kynexis, a multinational Indigenous foreign ministry acting across its confederated situses, maintains a standing Protection Notification Channel. By it the Ministry notifies, at the moment of occurrence, every authority that holds a duty of performance under the treaties and instruments binding on the State concerned. That includes the United Nations, host States and their competent offices. Each notification is issued in an open, machine-readable international standard, the OASIS Common Alerting Protocol, version 1.2. It carries the Ministry's verifiable signature (did:web:head-of-nation.igct-kynexis.international) and an independent timestamp proof. It is published at the Ministry's own domain and delivered at the same moment to each competent office through that office's own published channel of receipt. The Channel does not enter, alter or depend on the systems of any other authority. Its purpose is that every responsible office receives the same record, in full and without obstruction, at the same time, so that no failure of performance occurs without notice. Notifications concerning protected persons, including children, and harms reaching the threshold of grave violation are issued with the highest urgency. The delivery record of each notification stands as proof of notice to every office it reached.
